launch control problems?

So i bought my ss 4 speed auto about 2 months ago... and everything has been going great until a few days ago. when i put my car into launch control mode, hold the break and rev up to max rpms then pull off the break, i get some tire spin and a jerk forward then my car just rolls. a few of my friends have referred to this as bogging, but i am looking for a second set of input and possibly a solution?

Does the car fall on it's face after it starts spinning? Does it do this with T/C disabled?

the lag or bog that you probably is when stops spinning the tires towards the end of first gear and then starts spinning them again when it shifts to second.

What you have is a bad torque converter. I had this same issue and it was like this on day #1. The dealership traced it down to a bad stator in the torque converter.
Tell them to check for a bulletin on it.
