Hi, I'm am searching for wiring diagrams for a 2011 HHR lights. I have a friend that is handicapped. She has just bought a HHR just like mine and one of her needs are to have some dim lights to shine on her floormats when driving at night. The dealership removed her lights out of her old car but decided that they do not want to put them in this one. I'm a mechanic and can handle it but looking to see where I can pick up the tail light or marker light wiring. Hopefully wanting to find useable wiring inside the cab and not having to bring wiring thru the fire wall. Thanks for any help

 

check post # 31 of this thd . It is a switch source of 12v power, comes on when the key is on and off when the key is turned off and you open door to exit. I use it for aux interior lights. https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/show...+source&page=4
