Low fuel warning

My daughter wanted me to look at her car the other day, since it wouldn't start. I asked if it had gas, and she said yes. When I went out to look, the hand was on E. She said, "It has to have gas because the light hasn't come on yet." This is from a pretty smart kid (she made a 21 on the ACT in the 7th grade). I guess we're not teaching them all they need to know.
