the last 2 where later on po172, po353
i tune it up new filter plugs thermostat air cleaner other fixes not related
replaced one coil intake & exhaults sensors,, maf sensor it looked new so i just cleaned
cleaned the trottle body it was dirty like it was never cleaned

Why intake and exhaust SENSORS, not SOLENOIDS?
P0102,P0113, and P0172 are related to the MAF or it's wiring. And can cause P0300
Why change only 1 coil? Was P0353 after you switched coils in testing? Is that when the P0172 came up?
That sort of surging usually has something to do with forgetting to plug the MAF back in or not getting it plugged right. That does not always trigger a CEL.
Try some contact cleaner and dielectric on the MAF connector and inspect the plug.
