Multiple issues repaired, here's the lowdown
on bitter cold mornings - DIC says service ESC and ESC shuts down - replaced yaw sensor - solved
turn signal cancel didn't return after making turns - replaced unit - cam was worn
drivers seat belt return wouldn't pull seat belt back in - replaced
front end clunking especially when slow on bumpy road - replaced leaky right strut & both end links - solved
sealed fusebox died while in their care - not on the shelf anywhere in the country - got one in two weeks and got GM to cover the rental
Not especially happy to drive a rental for 2 extra weeks worrying if it would be covered but they fixed it at no expense to me so good enough
they scraped or cracked the front bumper - patched and hidden but not perfectly - didn't tell me about it
Did they actually think I wouldn't notice it? WTF?
I'll keep you posted about how well this gets resolved

As I read this it was a case of "good, good, good, good, oh what the hell", an honest dealer would have let you know they damaged the vehicle and then repaired it to your specifications. I would take it to a body shop/shops and get estimates to present to the dealership GM, and then have them pay for the repairs at a shop of your choosing.

I wouldn't have a problem bring it back there again if he had told me.
BUT since he didn't, either he's dishonest or one of his service techs is.
My car is never getting service there again and neither will anyone who'll listen.
