Hey there my HHR’s a/c wire where the connector goes to the blower motor was ripped months ago but I replaced the wire and now my A/C wire has condinuity but no voltage so I am unable to get any power... How can I fix this issue

What is your "A/C wire"?

If you mean the wire from the blower to the fan switch, the answer is that it is ground.

Well if the wire was cut it probably shorted together? So that would trip the fuse if there is one.

Check your fuses.
