So on Friday I took my wife out for valentines day my key and door lock was working fine. Woke up Saturday morning to take my wife to work and my car would not unlock the key goes in it turns but the locks will not go up I can see it move but that's it. I got the car in November from JD Byrider it didn't have a fob I bought a fob online haven't been able to get it programmed but now I can't get in my car and really need some feedback on this issue please and thank u .

 

Try this if your handy
I would try it on the passenger door. When open use the inside drivers door handle.

 

That is what locksmiths do. AAA and some insurance companies will pay for lock out service. My Nationwide policy includes it.

The back door is optimal.
The front door has an inconvenient configuration for rope operations. I did this 5 or 6 times in my life (a stupid chump gives no reason to get bored), so I can speak confidently - the back door is more convenient.

And one more thought: when turning the key, the mechanics do not work, but, possibly, the electronics work. Thus, there is a possibility that the rear gate unlocks when you turn the key. It’s easy to check, suddenly it is.
