my RIKSHA HHR(made in Nafta)was fixed on 7/11

(please see my problems with SUDDEN DECELERATION on freeway,ENG PWR REDUCED)which I've described about 2 weeks ago. This problem is very hard to detect through diagnostics.Problem was fixed only on second visit to repair shop because,,friendly,,message ENG PWR REDUCED was this time displayed permanently and this time Riksha had to be towed to shop. From description of service and repairs (jul/11/07) I see something was burned in module, repair shop changed seal 03336-opc,throttle actuator in tac module, scan code p2101,so its not just problem with loose fuses. And guess what happened today 7/21/07 on freeway what a surprise again!!! On my riksha (bought brand new 11/18/06) today at 10,000 mileage all of sudden broke belt!(A/C and Alternator) and I came home again with limping riksha. After inspection what I see: is very strange flat looking pulleys,I've never seen such weird design of pulleys on any car before, unless I've lost on freeway also some parts of pulleys, mayby side retainers?
