Vehicle info will be helpful. Year, Model, etc.
When did this start?
Good battery? How do you know?
Power in to fuse box does not mean power out.
Sounds like engine fuse box needs tightening but I could be wrong.
Proper grammar would also help.

If you mean the 50A fuse by the battery that only powers the BCM computer..
What happened before this started? Engine/transmission swap? Anybody touch the under hood fuse box? Somebody jump start without following the written directions?

2011 hhr

From my knowledge. It needed an alternator. Battery was bad. She got a jump start. When I got it, dead battery. I got a good battery 12.6 v.
I have power to fuse box inside and out.
I Tightened the engine fuse box bolts like I read.
I have power to 16 fuses under hood and 6 insideInside power 23-28 pic included

My guess is someone jump started it without reading the directions on fuse box cover. Sorry for the grammar. I was writing like a text. Thanks

Investigation is required, check the wire to the starter solenoid for power when key is turned to start, tight fuses and relays aren’t hood fuses and relays.
Has the ignition switch recall been done? Check in here
https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/tsb_recall/tsbs

Check ground wires and ensure they are clean and tight.

Check the wire from the fuse box under the hood to the starter, then the wire from that same terminal to the alternator.

You said the battery has 12.6 volts is it possible it also has a dead cell?

Back to the fuse box under the hood, take it apart make sure all wires and pins are firmly placed into there places, reassemble and tight those 5 7mm bolts past the click and firmly tighten them .

Check the battery terminals , they can crack and loosen up if the 10mm nuts are over tightened.

Is this a HHR ? Year and model would help. (As Lonwane asked before)
Any car history would help.
I’m going to guess that you just got this car and it wasn’t running when you got it ?

So, this is a 2011 HHR; the starter is silent when the key is turned; only electrical things that work are the front amber lights and the power seats, the battery is grand new?
Please don't assume we have any idea at all of your story.
Exactly what happened between the last time the engine was started and now

Thanks for the replied

Yes donbrew you are correct. Apon further self diagnose. Battery good 12.6 bolts. Load test also good. 50 amp fuse by battery good. I replaced ignition switch. I have 12.6 volts at alternator. I have checked all fuses. I cleaned the connections on cable ends in the rear and at front fuse box. Today I will check power at starter, check pins on engine compartment fuse box and tighten bolts til they make cracking noise. I have not checked relays yet. I have a volt meter, ohm tester and test light. What is the proper way to test relays? Thank everyone for their help.
