Went and got another brand new battery. Same story. Tracked it to be a bad ground up front. I moved the ground to a better position and it fired right up and couldn't be better.

Would you please elaborate? Somebody else may be able to use the info.

"up front" does not mean anything! Or, is so stupid you won't mention it? Been there.

I'm going to take pics to help others but there is a stud on the underside of the front support bar that a ground mounts to. My was corroded and looked to have arc'd and burnt it. I moved it to the front side and cleaned and grounded it again. Everything works good as new.

Pics would be good, I have read other nebulous descriptions. It may be common enough to make a note!

Here is the under side where it's grounded. Mine was corroded and must have been arcing and cause it to burn

Here is the ground cleaned up and moved to this location. Everything works perfect now.

I am guessing that the screw was loose? Has any body work been done, that you know of? Just trying to figure a cause.

Thanks for the pics!

I'm guessing it was loose. No body work has been done. No problem on the pics, if someone in the future has an issue we can always tell them to check this ground.

Nice find and fix.

After viewing the video a couple days ago, I was actually thinking it seemed like a ground issue. I just didn't post up because I wasn't sure where to tell you to look.

Definitely gonna stick this in my "memory file" for any future problem solving.
