Left rear blinker not working
If you have a VOM {volt ohm meter} you can check to see if the electricity is getting to the socket or not. You may have a bad ground or the wire inside the body might have broken.
Its easy enough to remove some of the plastic in the cargo area and check the wire for faults for a few feet along the wire.
You might also take the connectors apart to see if one has become corroded. When I put the trailer light wire in my buggy I removed the plastic interior bits to get to the connectors so I know it isn't all that hard to get to them.
You should be able to tell which wire is which I'm pretty sure they are color coded and the black is ground. You might be able to nick the hot wire a ways in and see if the electricity is present at that point. I have a very sharp point for one of my test leads on my VOM and can just poke it through the insulation to check this.
You will have to find a good body ground somewhere inside the car for the ground lead {black wire} on your VOM which means you might have to scrape some paint off to get a good connection. I have an alligator clip on my ground lead on my VOM.
As always if you do not feel comfortable doing this kind of thing {lack the skills or tools} do not do it, pay someone to do it for you.
