No power.

No power.

2007 hhr no power no brake lights no horn. no blown fuses. cant shift. did replace battery. help i am stuck

Welcome to the site, check your under hood fuse box, they've been know to come loose!
Switch a matching relay to the starter relay, they been found to be burnt at the contact s

How about a little recent history, what happened right before? Fender-bender, jumpstart, ran over something, ???

Check the voltage at the battery. Should be around 12.6v with a full charge.
Next. Check the voltage at the under hood fuse box. Should be the same at both ends.
It has been reported on this site before of folks having a loose or corroded connection at the under hood box and loosing all battery power.
