No i looked up what everything was so i wired everything correctly the white wire is to ground. I definitely didn't wanna burn it to the ground i don't have the money for that lol

I don't think we ever got an answer to "is it brake and tails and turn?"
What type adapter did you use? Plug n play, cut n splice, smart module etc. You are aware the brake lights are a digital circuit, not like the 1970's?

 

White is ground for the trailer four pin harness.

 

Figured out my problem it was breaks in my wires to the rear lights that was fixed by spades and a male to male jumper in-between them, that was put there by the previous owner
