Noise when going from defrost to face/feet setting

Noise when going from defrost to face/feet setting
Noticed tonight when I change from the above settings I now have a squeaky rubbing noise going between the two. Sounds like it is coming right behind the waterfall/radio

Any ideas?

Maybe the mode door is squeaking as it moves. Or maybe the actuator itself is squeaking.
