Nosies in front end while driving on a bummpy road

i dont no wht is wrong with my car steering seems a little loose. but when i get on a bumpy road or drive in the grasse it sounds like the tires are loose

wht about tie rods i have had my car for sence 2008 and i never replaced them could that effect any thing

let me clear up the sterring thing it only seems lose when i am driving slow in the grass. and it sounds like something is moving around like metal on metal. i hope that makes sence
