Several times in the last week when I start my HHR (remote start or using the key) I get a very brief but very LOUD exhaust note on startup.

We're talking almost sounding like a straight pipe type of loudness, rattling the baffles, etc. Almost makes me think it might be a slight backfire.

I'll take it in and get them to scan it for any codes when I take it in for the FM radio problem and the A/C compressor noise.

Anyone else ever experience this?
