Oil Pan Gasket Makers

Hey, this is my first post here, but I've been reading the site for about 2 years!
I'm replacing my oil pan gasket today and wanted to see which of the two that I bought you guys would recommend.

These are the two types that I bought.

Des either of them state that they are replacement for GM 12378521? I suspect the Victor Reinz is the same thing.

Thanks for the reply!
Not that I see, but I'll double check. I got the reinz from rock auto as it was the part they had for the oil pan gasket, and the other I just picked up at O'Reilly's as a back up.

Permatex and VR probably come from the same factory as GM. GM mostly rebrands popular brands.
