Can anyone grab me that bulletin so I can read it?

Here's the NHTSA Bulletin with the Corporate Bulletin referenced, it has to do with the Solstice/Sky roadsters only though.

I searched the TSB list and this thread and could not find TSB 04-03-08-006G referring to front end noise related to steering column. I took my 2011 2LT in today for a rattling noise at low speed from the front end and they diagnosed it as needing a steering column replaced and have ordered one. They referenced this TSB. Is that TSB available for me to read?

Can you tell me how many miles you have on your 2011 2LT?
I want to make sure I get this issue delt with before B to B warranty expires.
