dbarberaz, does GM have a website with there manuals and TSB listed. I deal a lot with Toyota and they have a sight that you can pay a fee and have access to all their manuals and TSB for all their cars. www.techinfo.toyota.com. My understanding is that all car manufactures are going this way, so my Toyota inside man states.
Thanks

A TSB just came out for the fuel pumps. I'll have a copy of it tomorrow to post up. Going to the hard start post to also post this info.

I hope the dealer can fix the poor audio reception with just a reprogramming of the radio. I am getting really tired of the signal going in and out constantly.

Looks like the dealer took care of the problem. Radio works great now.
Glad I went though the hassle when I am going to replace the radio anyway....

I wanted to upgrade my sound system to the receiver that had XM Radio, and to have the sub installed, and I was informed by my dealer that unless you have that installed during assembly , you can't get the sub package, and you can not upgrade the receiver also. Sounds strange to me?

There are 3 different radios and 3 different wiring harnesses for the HHR's.

If you didn't get the "Premium" sound system, you wo'nt have the rear wiring harness which runs to the sub box & amp. That means you can't go low.

Better deal: install an aftermarket head for better sound quality and add a sub & amp at the same time.

Hope it helps,

Yes sir, it did help..... I have to agree with you, installing a new head unit will be my best option. I did not want to go that route, but no choice now.
