P0171 and P0420 code problems
finally had opportunity to swap out O2s and CAT - install was easy fast and painless. Hooked battery back up and tried several starts... here's a sample... seems like acting like a fuel delivery issue? Fuel pump still working. Fuel rail? Injectors? not too long ago (within last few 1000 miles) i replaced the spark plugs, boots and coil - coil was delphi brand...
Some time ago (now #7? *) I suggested checking the injectors because in your motor the orifices are very fine and prone to clogging. This could cause a P0171 and it can progress to a crank/no start. (Do ignore the the last paragraph in that comment because I mistook P0420 for P0442.)
Trying to remember which member went to a lot of trouble to find an alternative to those injectors. Amid much skepticism, I recall.
* I review the thread and am confused a bit because it looks like two threads were merged? (#10 makes reference to #26???)

See #9. A thread was hijacked then separated.
What plugs? Anything other than ACDelco 41-103 is suspect.
Have you tightened the fuse box bolts? Have you reseated all of the fuses and relays? Has the ignition switch recall been done.
The vid sounded more like a spark problem to me, especially because the pressure seems ok. The fuel pump turns off after about 20 seconds of no start. Don't hold the key in start, no need the starter turns itself off after a start or timeout.

ac delco 41-105 plugs.
i've never messed with the fuse box bolts.. i will check those as well as relays/fuses.
ignition switch recall? when was that? - i would assume maybe yes? as when i got the car a few years ago i took it to a local chevy dealer and they were the ones who gave me a printout of the build code for my car i would like to think they'd have verified that as well.
