This has been my problem for over a month.
i was just leaving my code reader plugged in and clearing the codes wile driving,
it got to the point were it would happen 10-12 times on a 300 mile run.
i changed the pug harness to no avail....i bought a new throttle body but just for the hell of it
i just cleaned the one on it.as soon as i opened the butterfly and cleaned it has not had a problem since, over 1000 miles.

Prior to this i couldn't get over 50 miles

It's been 3 days since I "massaged" my throttle body lightly with a hammer and it hasn't acted up since. I'm thinking the problem lies there. We'll see how this develops. The new one should be arriving this next week. Thanks for the input.

 

been 7 days and 2500 miles still no problems
also finding the gasket for the replacement has not been easy...dealer says replacement part # does not work well

until it acts up again ill just keep the new throttle body in the box lol

 

over 2 months and 10,000 miles i haven't had a problem.
