Panel lights issue
Splice is probably wrong not bad.
Did you splice into the wire from the e-brake switch (light blue) that sends a ground signal? That should not connect to any lights.
What does the radio install book say to do?

No that's very wrong. The radio works. The only reason for the E-brake wiring is that there are features, such as games that are in the radio, or in other ocassions Android mirroring, that are only enabled when parked. The rest of the radio works as you're driving. So your basic stations, android auto, podcasts and all the standard stuff works just fine. I just mentioned the E-brake splicing thing because it's something that I did when I lost the lights. I'm not sure if this is the cause or not. I'm just trying to pick people's brains here to see there's something I might've done to cause this when I spliced the parking brake signal to the radio. Or what the other causes might be. From the latest schematic that I posted, I measured the voltage on that SWC 2A fuse and didn't get any voltage from it. I suspect that i'm not getting anything from that PNL LAMPS SW SIG, but I'm at a loss at this point.
I'm not sure you tested anything correctly. Here's the fastest easiest way to test fuses using a meter or test light.
