Po107, Co561-71...have scan-tool, should I use it to clear codes?
The drive cycle is almost impossible to achieve! And it changed a few times, 2009 is different from 2010. Attached is the 2009 version. I did not compare to see if that's the one you are trying.
But, idling in the driveway does not do it, you have to drive it after the cold start.
Which ones are yellow? Do you still have a CEL? Some won't run if certain DRCs are set.

No CEL/MIL because you cleared them and the test has not run yet thus yellow (not ready). Green=passed, yellow= not ready/not tested, red=flunked.
The O2 should run pretty soon after you drive 30-50 miles, the EVAP will take a lot longer.
You would have to check your local Emissions authority, but I've heard that some will pass it with some "not ready".
Everything you describe is good, the way things should be. Relax, don't worry, have a home brew!

Drive cycle progress (partial)
I went to the tax office last week, and got a 30-day permit for testing/repairs, for $25. Finally changed the oil, and adjusted the brakes, and have just taken it out on my standard test-drive loop (31 miles). I found out that the prescribed "drive cycle" is not gonna be easily followed! Only three of the eight GM steps were done correctly, due to topography, traffic congestion, and idiot drivers darting in and out. Whether I was on two-lane or interstate, someone always decided to make me veer from the plan. However, the old codes have disappeared from the history, and the only "incompletes" I have on the I/M are evap and o2s. However, Po446 is new to the dtc. I presume this will go away with more drive time. The Torque Pro app live data shows evap and o2 working, but still "incomplete" testing. I am concerned about some new misfire data, never seen before, but it doesn't appear as a I/M readiness impediment. I'm going to attempt more "drive cycles" each day, until either ready for inspection or the old gas/new gas mix in the tank is used up; then, I use the emission-pass mixture that my old racing crew relied on for years!
For the P0446, check the purge valve the wires can be a problem, it can be the fuel tank was overfilled and cause the issue.

PO 446 on one scanner, not on the other
I drove another loop; did a little better and completed steps 1-6 this time. But, both the Torque Pro app, and the Innova 3100i tool still show the Evap and O2 tests incomplete. The drive test results on the Torque Pro (& on the torque scan) are showing all green, no red (including the misfires which I failed to mention yesterday, none today). The Po446 fault code on the Torque Pro went away, while the Innova 3100i now shows the Po446 only on enhanced mode, but not on generic dtc's. I guess I'm making progress. I'll continue to try to complete the drive cycle, and if the I/M monitors still say not ready, then I'll replace the evap purge vent valve, this weekend. I replaced the old fuel cap when I returned home today, and added some VP to my tank. I suspect the semi-stagnant fuel might've jinxed the o2 a bit. I don't want to replace the o2 if I don't need to. I may be overthinking this again.
