PO302 Random misfire

Hey all new to group so please forgive me if I miss something. I have a 2008 Shadow Edition with 135,000 miles. Check engine light came on and I had code read which came up PO302. Started with new coils and plugs "was past due for them anyways", new injectors, checked for leaks, ran exhaust back pressure test, compression test, check injector wiring and harness plugs. With each step I took check engine light would go off than day or so later would come back on with same code. This time I took it to auto zone and PO302 code came up but the print out they gave me suggested replacing oil control valve. I've searched and can't find replacement part any where online. Looking for some suggestions, part number, input, or just a "it'll be ok" lol. Thank you for your time

Hold off on the parts cannon, check your fuel pump pressure, it should be 55 to 60 psi and hold pressure for a few minutes after you shut down the engine. You can borrow rent the tool from most parts palaces. Don’t forget to relieve fuel pressure before you connect to the schrader valve on the fuel rail. Start the car, then pull the fuel pump fuse , it’s #13 in the under hood fuse box

P0302 is NOT "random misfire" it IS "misfire on cylinder #2". Do a compression test, the tool is also a loaner from most stores.
By "oil control valve" they meant VVT valve (assuming you have a 2.4 l engine). I don't know how they came to that conclusion without other evidence.

VVT valve would be a different code.

Hmmm , that’s why we always ask for you to post the code only, then we can direct you through the issue.
Which spark plugs did you install? ACDelco 41-103’s iridium?
Which injectors? Did you install new isolator cups? new orings ?
