Stock clamps would work on the 3/8 line too, right? Should I just get a couple small worm gear clamps?

wait wait wait hold up I just read what don said,...... I can just bend the hose to that shape with my heat gun?!?!??!!? I have never done anything like that before but......Really?

As y'all can see in the picture I posted I used tie wraps and didn't worry about a heat gun

Have you ever wondered what a radiator hose factory looks like? If not heat gun then torch, depend on the rubber.

Just make sure it doesnt sag in the middle, oil vapour can condense in there and block the tube. Oldblue made sure by looping it up and around.
