About a week ago I was driving to work and the SS wouldn't boost past 5 psi. Full throttle, it would only hit 80 mph and the tach would stick right around 6k rpm. I pulled off, tried restarting the engine and got the same thing, so I tried topping off the gas (it was at about half a tank) to see if maybe it was just bad gas. After the top off, it ran just fine and has been since, but yesterday the CEL came on. It still seems like it's driving normally, so who knows what's going on. I'm taking it in later today to get it checked out. Any ideas?

^ read through that thread. They took it out and test drove it, couldn't replicate the problem and decided it was an old code and cleared it. No CEL or any further problems since. I guess if it happens again I'll have them get in and check the things mentioned in the other thread.

 

Yea, I had the issue a couple months after my stage 1 kit was installed, the wires get loose at the crimpings from engine movement, if the installing dealer didn't leave enough slack.

The CELs are only intermittent and rarely repeatable when you bring it to the dealership.
