Red Circle Covering Opening Inside Drivers Door

Hello Members,

I discovered inside my driver's door a red circle covering up a hole. On the other three doors there is a piece of rubber instead.

At first I thought it was a reflector when you open the door.

Does anyone else have this inside their driver's side door?

I will ask the Service Manager when I go for an oil change.

Have a good day!

It covers the hole that is used to access the screw for the outside door handle.

Mine has it too. Always thought it was a reflector the previous owner stuck on there since I have a couple other random stickers there too...

They were suppose to lift it up before they stuck the screw driver through the hole. It's so easy a caveman could do it.

I asked my dealer to order the "plug" that was missing in the door. I was surprised when they wanted 5 bucks for a red sticker. I thought I'd get a rubber plug like the rest of the doors. It's when I found that the cheezy sticker is by design, not mistake.

Yeah, you're right. The only thing with that is that it wouldn't be a genuine GM part then and that would clearly effect your warranty!
