Rear lamps only work when braking
Rear lamps only work when braking
I just got my car back from a mechanic and he was not able to solve this issue. I have changed the fuse and bulbs on a more frequent basis. Now the lights only work when the brake is pressed. Thoughts?
The brake light is only supposed to work when the pedal is depressed. Do the tail lights work, do the turn signals work?
There are 2 elements in the bulb. One is for the stop/turn one is for taillights. In case you are unaware, the tail lights do not turn on when in the DRL mode are on only when the headlights are.
Fuses don't just blow, there is a reason.
