Rear wheel sensor

‘09 1LT. 78k mi. I hit a pot hole yesterday. Service ESC flashing. Dash lights; ABS (don’t think I have that) and traction symbol. Pushing traction button no change. Dealer too busy. Independent garage 2 weeks out but ran a quick diagnosis. Rear wheel sensor indicated. Now what?

Car run Saturday. Can I still drive it?

Should be fine to run it, have a look and see if the wire is loose

What code(s)? P0045 or P0050 by any chance? May be a broken wire or loose or corroded plug.

Debris in the sensor can throw a code. There's a TSB on it. The fix is to clean out the junk.

Or (the? a?) sensor is a damaged.

So, what code(s(?

Dash reads is all I know. Service esc. Abs and traction dash lights. Independent garage told me rear wheel sensor was the only read out he saw.

Well, a bad wheel speed sensor or a loose connection can throw all of those problems.

Service ESC can be from the pothole impact, is the steering wheel off centre when you drive straight?

Yes, primarily look at the ABS wires to the hubs
