The usual cause of the rear hose failure is freezing temps and use of straight water in the fluid tank. The hose material is pretty brittle when warm.
All years have the same washer parts. Maybe was repaired before.
The pump freezes sometimes and the inner seal cracks causing a puddle of fluid under the car. The pump is a one application item (HHR only); last I looked they go for around $30 new.
The rear nozzle fits into a hole with a 1/4 twist.
I am doubtful you will find undamaged tubing on a junked car, good luck.
No, I became disabled 6 years ago and had to get rid of the car. If you like to socialize with crotchety old farts in wheelchairs, feel free to come by.

Here we use only window wash fluid that is good well below freezing. Our rides park inside & warm, but just for safety safe. That fluid is only a $1 or so more..

Yes, and keep in mind there may be two versions of anti-freeze washer fluid.
One goes to -40.
The other cheaper for not much below freezing, for vehicles that don't leave the mid-wet coast.
