Of course, this is for manual transmission, not sure what the differences are, if any, for automatic.

The formula of trying to start, leave key on for 10 minutes, then off for 5 seconds, repeated, should work.
It's automatic but yes I did the procedure as they recommended from the place i bought the ecm but other than when I first turned key on the theft light was never on nor did it ever come on during process.

When i replaced the box i tightened it till it clicked, i read about this issue on other threads.

Somebody recently corrected me for saying "until it clicks", they said it took 3-4 clicks. Every one of the fuses and relays need to click into the sockets.

Well finally got it going, loose connection in fuse box. Now I am getting code p0315 and p0480.

the first link isn't working and I got the p0480 one fixed by replacing relay.

When the car is running it idles normal and seemed to drive normal when I took it around the block before checking codes.

I'm not sure what happened. I had a heck of a time getting the second link to insert, now the first link has the same target as the second!
