there was some really bad flooding in Charleston a few weeks ago and I ended up having to drive through some pretty deep water, which I guess broke a blade of my radatior fan. I replaced it and now at idle, I feel a pulsing vibration in my steering wheel and the car kinda shakes a little. goes away the second I give it gas and no problems when driving or CEL or anything. Any ideas?

 

It could be your alt drive belt and or the idler tensioner, the water could have washed the grease out.
Also have a look at your ground wires for corrosion.
