Have a 2009 HHR, 3 days ago it started running sluggish, wouldn't accelerate properly but had no problems starting. Check engine light came on, Code P10016 came up, I changed out both crankshaft and camshaft sensors and the engine light and same code are still coming on. Have no idea what could be the issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no P10016 trouble code. Could you repost to verify. (assume you mean P0016, but need to make sure)
Also posting the engine size would help.

If it is P0016 why did you change the sensors? It does not indicate bad sensors, just that the sensors don't agree with each other. This is where the mileage comes into play, you may be lucky and only need a tensioner most likely you need a new timing chain and guides.
