Really? I didn't know I was just trying to find a way to remove my seized retractor and the belt unit to get it replaced. I got everything out but this. Is there any other way to remove the retractor?
I looked at the pictures of how to remove the seat belt ...
To be honest, I didn't understand why you needed to disassemble the sensor. The part includes a textile belt as part of the locking mechanism - you do not need to disassemble it for replacement. This is sold assembled and changes assembled too.
IIf you want to remove the belt as a piece of fabric without the accompanying iron, you will not be able to use this fabric for its intended purpose in the future. But you get an excellent towing cable.

My seat belt retractor is stuck. It doesn't pull the belt back neither does it release. I was trying to find a way to not have to carry the whole car to get it fixed so I was thinking why not just remove the parts and send them to get it fixed or replaced. Are you saying there's a way to separate the belt from the retractor engine thing so that the engine part just comes out as a unit?
To replace a seatbelt, the whole assembly must be replaced. The seatbelt assembly is considered a non-serviceable part. In other words, you are not supposed to try to "fix" a broken assembly.
Looks like after trim removal that there are 3 bolts ( #11,14,18) that mount the belt assembly.

The sensor I told you about is at the bolt no. 14. And from what I saw there is no way to completely separate the assembly from the car without detaching/removing that "sensor". Even to replace it, that must be removed unless the belt and the engine can be separated.
