Speakers

All four door speakers go on and off randomly.
Is it the radio or the speakers?
Sometimes all four go off or just two of them.
Thanks!

More than likely it's the speakers.
They don't play well with water.
Go to Crutchfield for replacements.

The base speakers are junk, but the wires and connectors fail too. Every cheapie aftermarket speakers will be a big improvement.

Just replace all 4. 6.5” diameter. Ish.

Do not attempt to use the old connectors. Running larger wires highly recommended.

The OE speakers ha wired mounts, but if you replace with those, they’ll just fail again. Get these to make aftermarket replacements painless and preserve OEM appearance. Cut off the plugs and solder the new pigtails in.
