I have had my HHR for just over a week now. One thing I am noticing is the volume sound on the "Speed controled volume" I have this feature on other cars, but with the HRR its either real loud or real quiet (almost mute) On my other vehicles its not that exteme? I acutally turned that feature off. Anyone have any thoughts???

 

My thought is speed control volume sucks. I leave it off on every car I have owned with it. I never turned it on when I programed the radio on my HHR so I can't compare it to past vehicles. Aren't there a few different settings for the speed control volume on the HHRs radio?

 

There are different settings. i would think that your problem is that it may be set on high which causes a BIG difference in the volume.

You can change this by pushing the MENU button, then chosing the right tab.
