Hi all, Maybe someone can help here.
My SS has 33881 miles on it. last tuesday i took it to the dealer for a slight rattle coming from the drivers side front end.

They replaced the right stabilizer link 55 w94 1 20784688

They replaced front lower control arm bushings both sides after finding they were starting to seperate and pressing out 55 w94 2- 15232501
replace both sides and set toe

Since getting it back, The car handles like a boat, front end unresponsive, front wheels seem to float on the road ,never really feeling sure footed on the road. this is the same dealer that used convetional motor oil in an oil change, with the mechanic saying , Nope synthetic is not requiered.
they only sold 3 SS' and mines the only one thats they have worked on.
could there have been a mistake in the bushing, stabilizer link or the toe setting ?

It's going back to the dealer, something is just not right.

Do the LT, LS and SS Have the same parts here or could the mecanic have made a mistake, Is the toe the same on the diff hhr's

 

Almost sounds like sway bar is disconnected.

 

That was my guess too.

Isn't about time for a new Dealer?

Too may good dealers out their to put up with the bad few.

 

The dealer has been great, They always take my car right away ,They have a loaner waiting, And other than the oil change thingy , No problems.
It goes back in the morning.
