Stablizer link threads

Just got in some Moog stabilizer links (RK pn#'s so Chinese made). The threads seem awfully stiff (all 8 for both links). Just out of the box and running them down takes double wrenches (and the nuts get hot from the friction). Are the nuts 'staked'? (I don't have metric fine tread tap or dies to verify)

Wow .... That's a formula for frozen or stripped threads.
I put on the same ones about 5 months ago and did not have that problem.

I like Nyloc nuts with a dab of never seize on the threads if they seam tight. I usually do it a Special way.
I thread the nut on close to the stopping point and apply the never seize just on the small amount of thread left with a small brush or paper match so it does not get applied to the Nyloc portion of the nut.
Never had any problems with that type application. That would free up the nut right at the threads so you could properly torque it.

You could contact your supplier and return them!

Sounds like metric and American threads mixing it up.

If you have a Home Depot, Lowes or Ace Hardware by you, you could take the link there and try sae or metric nuts on it.

What are the part numbers? Did you cross check them against the catalogue where you got them from ro ensure they are the correct parts?
