Thumbs down static speaker sound after start on car or turn signal left or right

Hi everyone, after replacing the radiator and refill the engine coolant and 2 o 3 days ago when every time I start the car is a super noise static sound from the driver door speaker, just put the key and on, I can hear a sound and/or when turn left or turn right signal or when I on the light beam or turn the radio, let me say also such du replace the radiator I had to come out the front bumper and the foo light and I didn't put it back again.
so any had that kind of issues before the static sound from the speaker when start, turn on signal(left or right),
thanks sincerely
tomas

Check the ground wires where you were doing the work.

Thanks so much, I forgot to mention that disconnect the black negative connector on the battery to see if gone
but I just disconnect the power for radiator fans, or you mean on the socket light?

Probably spilled liquid on the alternator connector.

That is not a ground wire! It is the red wire that is attached to the positive post in the fuse block

Of, course, disconnect the NEGATIVE terminal at the battery before removing that large red wire.
