Steering Wheel Emblem Bubbly

Anyone ever have their emblem in the middle bubble? Not the chevy emblem but the black circle around it. The heat was hurtin' on this particular day when it did bubble.

I have an '07 LS. Have you ever tried to replace said area? I have a few paint chips so i've recently thought about trying to switch it out with something else.

Look in the "how To" section... Much info there.

I've never heard of the bubbling you've described..

I'll look for something. Yeah, it's got some of the thin layer of....paint or sticker or whatever it is around the Chevy Bowtie, gone and then more just bubbled up on a hot day. Looks like it'll eventually all fall off. Good times, goooood times.

Mine doesn't have that, but had the gold tone bowtie..

Which I polished off to a nice shiny look.. Maybe you can do this on your situation ? IDK ?

foofoomaru-

My bad man, mine does have the black circle on the center. If yours is bubbled, I'd try removing it, it should be silver underneath. And you could polish it, or give it a brushed finish.. Shouldn't be a big deal..
