In order to drive my car straight the wheel has to be tilted to the right. If I put it straight the car goes left. I mentioned it to the service department and they said it was alignment, gave me an alignment, and I get the car and it's still doing it!?

 

they did not align it properly. I would take it back to them

 

Its really a fairly simple adjustment, and should be part of any alignment process. Take it back to your service dept. and tell them you want the steering wheel straight. Shouldn't take more than fifteen minutes, once they get to it.
