Sticking door locks
Sometimes, if you remove the door panel and the reinstall it, taking very good care where the rods are supposed to ride. There is a slidey surface that the rods are supposed ride against, sometimes the rod gets off of the "guide". Especially true if the panel has been removed and carelessly re installed.
These locks are known to sometimes stick as they get some age on them.
My quick fix: Grab the lock knob by hand. Work it up and down 20-30 times to free it up. A little lube down the rod hole as a last resort.

I am having the same issue on my '08. All 4 actuators have been tested by the dealer and verified that they aren't working right. It is very aggravating to have to hit the FOB 4-5 times to lock/unlock, etc. I am about the replace them all myself. http://www.gmpartsoutlet.net has the cheapest price shipped I can find on them. 20791792 is LF, 20791793 is RF, 20791794 is LR, and 20791795 is RR.
