Yeah, our 2003 Sunfire 2.2 has the surge tank, the 2007 2.2 doesn’t.
And the surge tank disappeared during early production, by December maybe they changed over, same for the oil cooler

So what should my next move be?

Thinking of opening valve cover and inspecting. New gasket of course.

Going to pull plugs when I get home and take pics of them for you guys.

Thanks for all the help, sorry for the attitude about the video description, just frustrated with it all.

I think I would carefully inspect the fuel vapor pipe and the fuel pipe. All of that rust could have spread causing a vapor/vacuum leak. I think you could blow some low pressure air into the tube under the hood and listen. Should cause a code but who knows?

You need to find out where the water is coming from. There appears to be some oily component in the puddle.

Valve cover gasket is an O-ring, should be good.

Do an exhaust gas check on the coolant.

Does it overheat?

pushing lock + panic on the fob is remote start assuming it is turned on in the DIC. (look in the Owner Manual). It may not have it if you don't have TPMS.

Your glove box RPO list shows AP3

That's a Key FOB with remote start assuming you have the original Key FOB?

Have you thought to check fuses? Like #33 under hood "emissions" and its relay that one controls most of the things you replaced for no reason. Does the CEL work?

Fuses are fine. Don’t see any emissions relay.
And yes it says Random.
