Tail Lights Out
Welcome to the site, check the under hood fuse box and the ground for the tail lights.
Also try turning the multi switch to turn the lights from auto to headlights.
It could be the Auto headlights light sensor

Just about the only thing it could be is both bulbs. I have had that happen a few times. Unless, it was dark enough for the headlights to turn on; DRL is low beam headlights/no tail lights.
