I've had my HHR since December of last year, and while I haven't had near as many issues with it as I did with my Cobalt SS, it's been having one annoying one...that tire pressure sensor going out and then coming back on.
I'm thinking that I'll probably just have them remove them and I can check my self. Another minor issue I just found out is that my cigarette lighter is not working. I hope that's under warranty.
Something minor as well, is that I have a 5 speed manual and when I'm using my clutch it's making a loud noise like when a door is squeaky. I tried WD40 and it worked for about 5 mins and the squeaking came back. Not a huge issue, more like annoying
And finally, I told someone about this before, but when I'm shifting from first to second, my exhaust is giving back a "POP" noise every once in a while. Not sure if anyone else has had that issue.

The dealer will not remove the TPMS sensors(liability issues)
The squeaking noise in the clutch pedal is most likely a bad or broken grommet on the pedal arm. The grommets are made of plastic and are prone to failure.
A weakly designed part. Best to replace the grommets and the spring at the same time.
The "popping" noise when shifting appears to be normal for the 5 speed SS's. There was a thread a while back about this. Mine is one of those that does the
pop or minor backfire on occasion. Apparently it is because of the design of the SS exhaust combined with the 5 speed and it's shifting characteristics.

Well, hopefully they can actually fix the sensors this time then. I've had them "all" replaced 3 or so times now. Hopefully the clutch issue you mentioned will be an easy fix.

If the car is still under warranty, the dealer will replace the faulty TPMS sensor(s) at no charge. Usually they try to retrain it once and if it happens again, they replace it. I have had three replaced. Two were done the way I stated, the last was done when they did a tire rotation and couldn't retrain a sensor, then they replaced that one. I get the pop every so often as well, right from 3 miles on the clock and nearing 50K now. The pedal noise could also be the pad fit on the clutch lever if it is worn out, I changed mine after it got thin and bare.
So, just got home from dropping it off. They said they'll look into my sensors for me but sometimes it does that until the car is completely warmed up..I showed him 2 pictures I took on my cell with the tire sensor out.
He also said the clutch noise was not a big deal. Then offered me their special on an oil change plus tire rotation with a brake check...sigh

Note that in your owners manual, sometimes the sensors can be set off by radio signals that are near frequency to the TPMS. There are other things that you may read in that manual section that apply to your condition (different wheels, tires, sealants etc).
Give the dealer a chance and don't accept that it is "normal", it is not. It could be simply a weak battery condition in the sensor. If they can't get the system to stop the alarms, they should change out the faulty sensors. Takes them only 1/2 hour tops to do one.
It is too bad you are not able to find a competent independent shop. I stopped going back to the dealer after the warrenty was up (36,000 mile). I use an independent shop that takes care of my 25 year old toy cars. No dealer even know what they are and most of the techs weren't born when those cars were new.
