Post #1 says the AC is “empty “. If it has no Freon, then you have a leak somewhere. Or, someone did some repairs on the AC system and didn’t refill it. It now needs a full vacuum and recharge which includes compressor oil.

As far as your vent temp problem. I doubt it has anything to do with the AC working. My guess is one of the actuator doors is not working correctly. The actuator might work but the door it controls may be broken or not moving.

No A/C used (is empty right now); Just air ventilation
Accounting for translation it say AC is not turned on, only vent. Especially when combined with the later statement
The same warm air keep vents + when turn right (to max hot) the air flow is really hot

CRUTIAL UPDATE:
Hello all, thanks for reply. One key update to the topic and some brief points:
- When I purchased the car the A/C was empty
- I tried the leak by vacuum test for 24 hours => no leak right now
- MAIN information =>

- when I mentioned that outside air should blow through vents with the same temperature like outside I ment that it didn't happen => was always warm on fully turned cold side of temperature switch, no temperature like outside
- I did one test => single short step to turn one click the temperature switch to the right and it starts to blow the same temperature like outside - NO WARM. It looks like something could be wrong with temperature switch on central console

Do you know if someone has the same issue / experience? What could cause it? How to solve it?

Thank you
marek

You need to inspect the hvac control unit in the water fall, remove it and check the back of it for burnt connections

Not very hard put your fingers in the vent louvers and pull gently , then several 7 mm screws and here’s a how to

There is a difference between "pulling a vacuum"and "evacuating the system".

Hello RJ_RS_SS_350,
yes, you're right - I did just vacuum pulling by vacuum pump to see if there was a rest of R134 (nope) and to check the leak.

Thank you

I can't tell what you mean. You make it sound like it has gas, has no gas, has a leak, has no leak. What is your problem.

Google translate. And has nothing to do with the AC except as heat diagnosis information.
The problem is there is heat even when the temp knob is turned to cold, no AC involved. Anything said about AC was a side comment; it does not work and was not turned on; not part of the issue.
