I have a 2006 HHR and all of a sudden it will not change from cold to hot nor will the blower switch from head to feet or defrost. I have unplugged the unit and plugged back in, made sure the connection are tight. Unplugged the battery for a while and plugged it back in and nothing. Could it be the blend door actuator? I could not locate the blend door behind the glove box. Any suggestions?

 

Did you check for voltage at the switches? Could be a fuse or relay. Try looking at fuse #10, #16 and relay#30 in the interior fuse block.

 

Yes we did also check the fuses and relay. I forgot to mention that.

 

The control head itself could be the issue.
