It is called a Mode Actuator and Mode Door. Try GM parts.

Before condemning the actuator I must ask which vent setting you are using. The HVAC system in our cars will not go into recirculation mode if you have it on defrost or even mixed defrost/floor.

If it is a bad acutaor then the one you want is the "recirculation door". If you look at the link below you will see 3 actuators listed. Look at the notes for each and you will see what each one is used for.

Hi guys,
I know that recirculation does not work in all modes, I have tried in the correct way, but, it simply does not do anything, I have always air comming from outside.
What I have read and understood about A/C Heater Blend Door Actuator is that It divide heat air/cool air depending of the use, but I didnt read anything about recirculation. So I dont know if this is the correct part.
Regards

Did you read my full post above yours? I answered that for you and provided a link for you to see that there are different ones for each of the three functions.

Recirculation actuator moves a door that switches between outside air and inside air.

Temp actuator moves a door that switches between hot air and cold air.

Mode actuator moves a door that switches between dash/floor/defrost vents.
