here is a pic from another refinished wheel on Ebay...what's up with the darker color? How come that can't refinish to look like it did?? My center caps will be brighter than the wheel if I go with these rims...rat farts

You can always tell them these won't do. Make them buy from GM.

Well went back to Town Fair Tire today to look at 3 other rims they ordered...they were still darker than the OEM ones although a bit lighter...rims at the dealer are 300 bucks so they offered to by a 4th rim so I would have 4 new rims as opposed to 3 new OEM ones and one original OEM rim

I left there today asking for the 3 original OEM rims... started to think...that gray color is growing on me a bit.....something different...sorta liking the glossy painted insets....

I'm thinking that I may call on Monday and ask him to order the 4th rim and have a whole new set of rims.....he saves a boatload of cash and I get a new look for my "winter" wheels. (Have the 17" OEM Chromes for spring, summer and fall) Only downfall is that they might be knockoffs not OEM but don't think that should be an issue

The rims do have some staining on them so a fresh set with a different finish may be cool...and like I said before...maybe a black chrome grill would look cool with the wheels that are a bit darker

You could order a set of aftermarket centers, and if they're winter rims I wouldn't think it would be a major deal, IMHO. I've got gunmetal 18's with bright cemters and don't notice them too often.
