Thanks, Old Blue! that is a great price!!
Yesterday I wrote a couple of the local chevy service managers hoping to find further insight.
I get curious about such things and how everything in the universe is interconnected in one way or the other :-)

You’re welcome, up here if a car is out of warranty, like our trucklets definitely are , the GM parts department loves you , the service manager could not care less, he knows y’all aren’t spending much money on your 10 to 16 year old HHR.

Hahaha!!! Trucklet! Love it! I was wondering what these things are considered.... car, van, SUV.... I like trucklet!

One of the dealers got back to me and asked if I wanted to trade the HHR in.... no response to my question.

The other said they would have to scan the HHR to see if they had to clear any codes to make the relearn work and also said the sensors were most likely dead....

That’s called up selling, the service department likes to get more money out of your wallet! I changed the sensors at home, in my driveway. Pretty easy to do, but that’s just me.
